Chefs and Home Cooks have prepared these in a myriad of ways from crudos to soups to fried or grilled. We suggest treating these prawns like you would fresh pasta, do not overcook them! High heat frying, grilling or baking techniques for just a minute or two will optimize the flavor and texture.
